I'll just give a little intro for myself here since this is my first go. I'm 21 years old, living in Mississippi, though that's about to change. I'll be moving back to my native California in the near future. I've been an avid reader all my life and about five years ago took up writing. It's been my dream career ever since.

My arrival here was at the suggestion of a friend when I mentioned a failed search for artists for a comic series I'd been hoping to get published. I haven't been here long, but I'm blown away by all the great works of art I've seen. My membership here was originally for the sole purpose of finding artists, but in my wanderings before finally getting around to that search, I've discovered a lot of great things here.

So, turns out a couple of my works are here as well. Both writing, mind you. I haven't a bit of artistic flair when it comes to anything but words. I hope to be around a while.
